At Alpen Swiss Tools, we stand behind the precision and quality of our fashion gear; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Swiss-engineered packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
